In my spare time, I knit; garden; and cook. My husband (Scott, a licensed Maine Arborist) & I have four adult children; five grandchildren; and a beloved black lab named Buddy.

I embrace a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy spending time in the kitchen experimenting with nutritious recipes, and training at the gym. One of my greatest passions is music—I’ve traveled near and far to music festivals, events, and concerts. I also enjoy finding and homing new plants, and artwork; and supporting local businesses. My partner Tyler, and cat Luna, are the lights of my life.

Allan became a license realtor in February of 2019 holding a Sales Agent license. He currently works as an independent agent of Kathy Gallant Realty in Brunswick, Maine. Allan grew up in Vassalboro, Maine & developed a love of the outdoors and science of the natural world. Allan lives in Brunswick with his wife Lauren, step-son Charlie, baby Theodore, and spoiled mutt Echo. His real estate business is dedicated to supporting family growth and exploration of hiking, paddling, fly fishing, and creating a low-energy sustainable home filled with love and great food.
TERESA MORSE

Born and raised on the waters of Casco Bay in Harpswell, Maine, Teresa Morse began her career in real estate in 2008. It seemed only natural that she would use her local knowledge of the coast to her advantage and began working for a coastal agency specializing in waterfront/waterview homes. Through her personal experience with buying and selling real estate, being a certified real estate staging expert, working as a closing coordinator/processor for a title company, combined with over 20 years of customer service experience make her a great choice in helping you through every aspect of the buying or selling process. Teresa is known for her attention to detail and prides herself on treating every transaction as if it were her own. I was born and raised in small town America, Franklin, Pennsylvania; halfway between Pittsburgh and Erie. My small town is like stepping in to a Norman Rockwell painting or old Hollywood movie, having a real timeless feel to it. It was important to me that I find that same quality of life as I had growing up in which to raise my own children. I have lived in many different parts of this country as well as overseas and I have never found the quality of life I am looking for until I moved to the Bath/Brunswick area. I've had the privilege of living in Maine for almost ten years, mostly on the beach in Old Orchard. It wasn't until I moved to the Midcoast area that I knew I was "home". The first half of my adult life was spent in the exciting world of high profile private nanny and estate management. I worked for some of the worlds most affluent families, giving me the opportunity to travel and experience the world from a different point of view. With each position I accepted in my former career I gave 100% of my focus, loyalty, and trust. That is something I offer to everybody I commit to.
